“Test of Time” is a mini-documentary series and photobook about long-standing restaurants and bars in Miami, Florida, that have survived for over 30 years.
The primary objective of this series is to showcase their remarkable resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity, while also providing valuable advice to newer establishments.
Considering Miami's rapid growth as one of the world's fastest-growing cities, we intend to highlight these establishments as exemplary models for others.
By drawing inspiration from these enduring establishments, we aim to encourage and guide aspiring entrepreneurs to learn from their peers and build establishments that stand the “Test of Time”.
